Howard Hinman has been involved with migrating and modernizing mainframe legacy application development and product workloads off of mainframes from day one. Hinman was involved in the creation and management of mainframe emulation technologies in the early 1980s and led mainframe modernization globally for companies like Micro Focus and Microsoft and now works closely with AWS and Accenture as the global mainframe modernization principal partner development manager.

Mr. Rosenberger has been a technology and business leader for 35+ years. He has held executive positions at Accenture, Slalom Consulting, 2nd Watch, WPP/Kantar, AWS, Microsoft Attachmate, and founded several start-up technology companies. Since 2009, Joel has been a strategic AWS evangelist guiding many Fortune 500 companies around the world on their journey to the cloud. He has led many IT transformation projects for industries such as healthcare, financial, utilities, market research, state and local government, and federal and international governments. Before focusing on AWS, Joel spent 20 years developing products for IBM mainframes from terminal emulation software to high volume transaction gateways. He also holds patents for network bandwidth estimation, wireless networking, mainframe integration technology and social networking.
